Edward (Ted) C. Bartlett ’88

Edward (Ted) Carleton Bartlett is a San Francisco native who pledged SAE Fall 1988 and graduated from Cal in 1991.

Ted became a Cal undergraduate student landlord in 1987 when as an incoming freshman he purchased the dilapidated rooming house at 2521 College remodeled it & converted it into a student rooming house.  At Cal he studied City Planning and Real Estate. From 1992 to 1999 he worked as a project manager in affordable housing development and retail and restaurant general contracting.

Since 1999 he has been a top producing residential real estate agent in San Francisco: www.BartlettRE.com. In 2003 Ted worked closely with his alumnae brothers to rebuild our home at 2722 Bancroft.

Ted lives in San Francisco and Napa with his physician wife Donna and their 2 daughters Jasmine (Cal ’26) and Millie (Cal ’28). Go Bears!
