Steve has enjoyed a long career in the real-estate field, primarily in the disciplines of Facilities Management, Space Planning and Property Development. He has also owned and operated a construction management company with projects in the US and overseas. “Having started in sales after college, I was looking to get into a field offering the satisfaction of seeing a physical manifestation of my efforts at the end of the day. Construction and real-estate have provided that in spades.” Steve is currently Director of Channels and Business Development at ARC Facilities in San Ramon, CA. Continuing to work with the real estate community, he is now responsible for providing software solutions to commercial and industrial property managers and owners. Steve holds a BA in Physical Geography from the University of California at Berkeley.
