David Thomas is a principal of LBA Realty and has over 35 years of real estate investment experience. David has been a principal with LBA since 1993, where he is currently the co-head of national acquisitions. The LBA Realty portfolio currently has 60 million square feet of Industrial and office buildings located nationwide. Prior to joining LBA, David was a Senior Associate with Colliers Iliff Thorn, where he was involved in the sale of office and industrial properties. David holds a B.S degree in Resource Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and serves on several professional and charitable boards.
